How to: Keep yourself in the (Coaching) Zone

Currently doing the 6 Week Challenge? We'd like to send you a *massive* congratulations for committing to crushing your personal goals. In this blog, we've covered the top six ways to stay in the (Coaching) Zone all the way to Week 6 (and beyond).

1. Keep on top of all the great things happening in your Zone

A simple way to stay on your fitness journey is to jump into the Challenge Special Sessions and events running in your Zone. We recommend mapping out + booking your sessions at the start of the week, and adjusting your plans if something comes up. Plus, don't forget to get ahead on your sessions (when you can), so you're on track to go in the running to win.

2. Make the most of your coaching team

Engage with our expert coaches at the beginning, during and end of your Challenge. Book your consultation times. This time is designed to allow you the opportunity to ask your coach for their expert insights, so we recommend using it to your advantage. You can do this via asking them their go-to tips and tricks to achieve your goals. Plus, SO much more.

3. Check your emails

Each Monday, we'll send you a tailored 6 Week Challenge email highlighting what's on for the week ahead. Reading and reviewing what we've summarised in these emails is a fantastic way to start your week feeling ready for the next seven days. Keeping up to date with what's on in the zone, is a simple and easy way to 1) smash your goals and 2) make yourself proud.

4. Visit our Facebook Group

Our National Facebook Group is where it's at for live 6 Week Challenge updates and insights on what to expect. Better yet, it's *national* so 6 Week Challengers near and far can share their wins and (weight) losses. Seeing what other 6 Week Challengers are up to will encourage you to embrace everything the 6 Week Challenge has to offer. Even though the 6 Week Challenge is about kicking your personal goals, there's no harm in hearing other's stories to help you get to the finish line. Haven't checked out our Facebook group yet? This can be anything from:

5. Revisit your goals

Reflecting on why you started the Challenge is a brilliant way to motivate yourself to keep going – regardless of what you’ve achieved. The most important part is making yourself proud, no matter what that looks like.

6. Reflect on your achievements

Similarly, to reviewing your goals it's also important to reflect on the incredible progress you're making. Whether that be cooking a recipe of the week to losing a few kgs. This will depend on what you've set out to accomplish.
