Everybody has a hectic schedule these days. Work and life take so much time we have hardly any time for ourselves. Mental health is just as important as physical health and the two go hand in hand. Group fitness is a great way to keep your motivation levels up as you work out in a group of like-minded people and have fun at the same time. Our classes come in a variety of fitness levels, so you’ll always be able to work out with people who are at the same ability as you. This means that you never have to feel left behind or feel that other people are better than you. This also isn’t a mentality that we support in our Mayfield and Cooks Hill gyms. We support a fully inclusive atmosphere at all times.
Our group fitness classes are all about mutually supporting each other to try a bit harder and achieve a new personal best. They are a great way to make new friends, and to support classmates through the challenges of a HIIT class or encourage them to push themselves harder for the last five minutes of a spin class.
