High-intensity workouts and group fitness classes are a fun and effective way to get in shape. Typically, an HIIT (high-intensity interval training) session will last between 10 – 30 minutes, but you’ll reap the same benefits as you would from a longer, moderate-intensity workout! However, don’t be intimidated if you’re at the beginning of your fitness journey, or are coming back to the gym after some time away (we completely understand that life, and the demands of our everyday routines, can get in the way).
