There’s a new gym opening close to Wandin East – the Genesis Health and Fitness Lilydale location. This gym will be open 24/7 and located only a 13-minute drive from Wandin East. Our new gym will include everything you need no matter what your fitness goals are, including strength training equipment, free weights and a fully equipped cardio studio. You’ll even have access to infrared saunas. We’ve worked hard to create a gym where all forms of exercise are welcome, and that shows in the facilities available at the Lilydale gym. This gym will tick all your boxes and give you everything you need from a gym. If you prefer cardio, check out our fully equipped cardio and cycling studios. If you want to hit the weights, we have plenty of strength training equipment, both free weights and pin-loaded options.
If you’re looking to try group fitness near Wandin East, we’re going to be offering a wide range of fun exercise classes where you’ll be able to try new forms of exercise, meet new friends and get support from your instructor. We also have the Coaching Zone, where smaller groups are able to exercise together, if large fitness classes aren’t your thing. It’s perfect for those who know what they’re doing and who don’t need more than the space and equipment to do it, giving you 24/7 access to the gym floor and cardio studio at our lowest price.
Want a bit more support or a more active fitness journey? The Standard membership might be right for you. At only a few more dollars per week, you’ll also get access to group fitness classes, wellness classes and customised nutrition plans. This membership is great if you’re struggling with the nutritional side of things or you want to switch up your training with some classes, and it’s the one we recommend to most people.
If you’re ready to take your training seriously and want to go all in, or if you’re a beginner to working out and want to give yourself the best chance at success, try the Premium membership. While it’s a bit more of an investment, it will definitely be worth it. Apart from everything included with the other memberships, you’ll also get access to group personal training in the Coaching Zone, Reformer Pilates and the MyZone Belt.
