The Windsor club of Genesis Health and Fitness is both locally owned and locally operated. It has been serving the community for over 10 years and provides each of its members with an environment which is both motivating and inviting (something we take very seriously). Located just 10 minutes’ drive from the city centre, our gym in Windsor is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and boasts free parking, as well as extensive and exceptional facilities. We are conveniently situated on Newmarket Road, within the HomeZone Centre so you’ll have a wide range of retail and food shops at your disposal, whether you’re looking for a post-workout treat or a pre-workout incentive.

At our Windsor gym, we have a stellar team of personal trainers, as well as 35+ group fitness classes per week. And not only that: members will not have to worry about the added hassle of organising child-care during their visits to the gym, for there are large crèche facilities available six days a week.
