The 6 Week Challenge

The 6 Week Challenge is an inclusive fitness challenge. The goal is for members to complete 3 sessions per week to increase consistency and establish a routine with exercise. Each 6-week challenge focuses on specific areas, encouraging healthy lifestyle habits for members' long-term health and wellness.

The 28 Day Challenge

Our 28 Day Challenges are designed to inspire and push you. Each Challenge emphasises progress, performance, and community through teamwork. Together, you’ll train with purpose for The Finale event. This is a competitive workout where you and your team will join forces to celebrate how far you’ve come, push your limits, and experience the results of your hard work.

Whether you want to improve your strength, fitness, lose weight, or simply achieve consistency in your exercise routine, Coaching Zone provides the tools, support, and motivation to help you reach your goals.

All of our coaches’ progress and regress exercises based on the unique abilities of each member. If you are new to Coaching Zone, please speak with our reception team or coaches, who will assist you in starting on the right path.

The best sessions are the ones you can commit to attending regularly. The fitness, strength, and condition streams have been designed with precision to integrate and complement each other, helping you achieve the best results for your fitness and strength development.

Body fat reduction typically requires a combined approach to exercise. We focus on increasing muscle density (which raises your base metabolic rate) through weightlifting. Gradually increasing your weights over time will help achieve this.

Additionally, improving your cardiovascular fitness enhances your ability to lift heavier loads for longer periods, which in turn aids muscular endurance. All of our programs include varying levels of resistance training. Plus, participating in Fitness, Strength, and Condition will help with body fat reduction. Variety also helps reduce boredom and minimise the risk of injury.

Building strength comes from progressively overloading your muscles. This can be achieved by increasing the weight (load) you lift and by performing different movements to target various muscles in different ways.

Strength and Condition sessions will work best for building muscle, while Fitness will aid enhancing your overall cardio health and muscular endurance.

With Coaching Zone, you'll have access to the tools you need to succeed, including an expert team of coaches, coaching support, nutrition guidance, real-time progress tracking with Myzone® heart rate monitoring, and the support of your Coaching Zone community. You’ll also have the opportunity to participate in our Challenges.

Simply sign up for a Coaching Zone 7 Day FREE Pass. After you register, you’ll be guided through a friendly consultation where we’ll discuss your fitness goals and specific needs, ensuring we set you up for success from day one.

When you join Coaching Zone, we’ll provide you with your very own Myzone® heart rate monitoring belt. It’s the perfect tool to track your progress and push yourself toward your goals.

The Evolt Body Scan provides a clear picture of your progress by analysing key aspects of your body composition, such as fat percentage, muscle mass, hydration, and metabolic rate. These insights will help you fine-tune your approach and stay motivated as you see real changes.

All you need to bring is comfortable workout clothes, supportive shoes, a water bottle, and a towel. We’ll take care of the rest, including any specific equipment required for the session, which is provided in Coaching Zone.

For optimal results, we recommend attending Coaching Zone sessions 2-4 times a week. The more consistently you train, the faster you’ll see progress. Regular sessions also help you stay motivated and on track!

If you have any injury or medical concerns, it’s always a good idea to consult with your doctor first. Once you’re cleared, let our Head Coaches know about your condition. We’ll be happy to modify exercises to ensure your safety while helping you work toward your goals.
