We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for your convenience. Whether you are a night owl, early bird or prefer to train in the afternoon, we have you covered. We believe you have more chance of achieving your fitness goals when you have the flexibility to train on your own terms. Situated just an 8-minute drive from Docklands, our Southbank gym is central, accessible, has good transport links and nearby metered parking.
Supplying top of the range equipment, expert trainers and central locations, you will never need to move to another gym. With a comprehensive range of free weights, weight machines and cable machines as well as electronic equipment including treadmills, spin bikes and cross trainers, we have everything you need to achieve your goals.
