Meet Betty, 91 and Still Training

Betty Maple, 91 is the longest serving Genesis member! When she first arrived at Genesis Ringwood, it was leotards and aerobics! She still going, doing at least 3 spinning classes a week and much more. She contributes it to having the healthy habit and the nice community around her.
