Recipe - Cacao & Chia Snack Balls

Easy to make chocolate balls of goodness! Cacao & Chia Snack Balls, a perfect healthy treat for a snack or dessert.

1/2 cup almonds
1/2 cup desiccated coconut
2 tbs chia seeds
1/2 cup pitted dates
1 tbs coconut oil, melted
2 tbs almond butter
2 tbs raw cacao powder


1 Place almonds, 1/4 cup coconut and chia seeds into a food processor and pulse until nuts are roughly chopped.
2 Add dates, oil, almond butter and cacao powder to food processor and process until all ingredients are combined.
3 Using a table spoon, scoop out mixture and roll into 16 balls, coat in remaining coconut and store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 10 days.

Note: 2 balls = 1 snack
