Ingredients
1 corn tortilla
50g avocado
30g feta cheese
20g rocket or salad greens
Method
1 Preheat sandwich press or non-stick frying pan.
2 Add avocado, crumbled cheese and rocket to half of the tortilla. Fold in half to toast in press or in frypan, until golden.
