Workout:
Warm up and stretch:

10 x 2 Hip lifts on the floor
·
10 dead bugs to engage core, hamstring and lowerback stretch.
·
3 x 8 calf rises
Workout
·
Walk on treadmill for 3 minutes at 60%
·
Section A :Jog for 2 minutes and 70%
·
Walk for 1 minute at 70%
Sprints
·
Section B: 80% 45 sec / 45 sec recovery : 1 min/ 1min recovery :
1.30min/ 1.30 recovery
·
Section C: 90%1min /1min recovery : 45sec / 1min recovery : 30sec/1min
recovery
·
Repeat section C as desired
