Workout:
8min walk would put you approximately half a kilometer away from work.
By doing this walk 4 times (to go and get your coffee money at lunch!) you can
complete over 2km of walking or 2500-3000 steps which all goes towards your
10,000 steps a day!
Tips:
Research a good area before you first try this so it feels hassle free. On the walk, breathe and watch the world go by. No heads in phones.
