Deadlift – 4 sets of 6 reps + Deadbugs 3 sets of 15 reps

D/bell Bench – 3 sets of 12 reps + K/bell Rows – 3 sets of 10 reps
·
K/bell Goblet Squat – 3 sets of 15 reps + Step Back lunge – 3 sets of 20
reps
·
D/bell Supinated Curls – 3 sets of 10 reps + Tricep Push- ups – 3 sets
of 8-10 reps
Tips:
Machines hit a certain muscle again and again the same place, so make
sure you get the movement right
