Workout:
You can go as big or small as you want here. Crawling, Jumping,
Balancing and running are great events to do from home, or if you want to take
it to the local park there are always bits of equipment to jump on and have a
play!
Tips:
Jumping, balancing, side walking, moving on all fours. These are all challenging movements for adults and kids alike
