Workout:
Getting out with the family is a great way to get some calories burnt
off as well as having fun. Being outside in the sun is always great for mental
health and mood as well so strap on those helmets and take the kids out. Set a
couple of sprints along the way from lamp post to lamp post and make sure you
challenge yourself to stick to the route planned.
Take lots of water and some snacks to enjoy the ride, and be sun smart!
