· Dumbbell Bench Press 3 sets 12 reps, Dumbbell bent over row 3 sets 12 reps

· Bodyweight pull ups 3 sets max reps, Bodyweight push ups 3 sets max reps

· Dumbbell shoulder press 3 sets 12 reps, Dumbbell hammer curls 3 sets 12 reps

· Dumbbell close grip push ups 3 sets max reps
