pull apart (2 rounds).

Barbell squat and press x 15

Bike sprint x 1 min
·
TRX row x 15
·
Bike sprint x 1 min

Push up x 15
·
Bike sprint x 1 min
·
Deadball slam x 15
·
Bike sprint x 1 min
ROUND 2:
Same exercises but replace the bike with cross trainer or treadmill
