DAY #12 | Functional Training Workout

Workout:

Warm up
5 minutes on cross trainer + 10 squats + 10 toe touches + 10 push ups + 10 band pull apart (2 rounds).

ROUND 1

· Kettlebell swing x 15

· Bike sprint 1 min

· Barbell squat and press x 15

· Bike sprint x 1 min

· TRX row x 15

· Bike sprint x 1 min

· Push up x 15

· Bike sprint x 1 min

· Deadball slam x 15

· Bike sprint x 1 min

ROUND 2:
Same exercises but replace the bike with cross trainer or treadmill

Tips:

Notice the flow of the workout - designed to not overload one muscle group so yo u can keep working longer
