workout routine.

and people that exercise regularly, a heart rate of under 60 beats per minute
is normal and even healthy. If you find your resting heart rate to be more than
this, now you have something to shoot for.

Cardio has shown the ability to reduce high cholesterol, lower high blood pressure, combat diabetes, and limit your chances at some forms of cancer. Instead of relying on prescription meds for the rest of your life, you can simply get some cardio in a few times a week and this could take care of the problem.
