The holidays can be extremely busy so pushing other things off your schedule is a quite common occurrence. However, if you want your good momentum to continue over the next few weeks, keep attending the gym on a consistent basis.
Don’t Go Back for Seconds
There is a lot of yummy food during the holidays, but do your best to keep it to just one serving. Seconds can lead to thirds and fourths if you are not careful.
Limit Your Sweets
Everyone loves to do their baking during the holidays and share what they have made with others. Rather than try a little bit of everything, just choose a couple of your favorites and then cut yourself off after that.
You are going to be probably eating excess calories during the holidays. You don’t have to drink extra calories as well. Limit yourself to just water with your meals.
Get the Needed Rest
Sleep gives you the energy to work out and stay healthy. If you are cheating yourself the needed rest, you are not going to be burning off those extra calories.

By working with a training partner, you can each take turns leading the other person through the workout. It is a fun way to train and you will never know what to expect!
