Do you ever have one of those days where you just feel like you are entirely wiped out? Where you wake up in the morning and start to immediately plan when you can take your first nap of the day? A little fatigue is common, but when you experience it over and over, there could be a cause for concern. if you are feeling tired often, here are five types of fatigue that you might be experiencing.

Chronic Fatigue
Chronic fatigue could be due to a medical issue or even a mental disorder. It is simply extreme tiredness that just never seems to go away. If you are feeling like this day in and day out, you should definitely speak with a medical professional. Many people experience chronic fatigue when dealing with depression, so it is best to seek some help.

Food Sensitivity Fatigue
There are some foods out there that just don’t agree with everyone. Food sensitivity is nothing to be ignored. It could result with you either getting very sick or even exhausted.

Emotional Fatigue
When experiencing extreme sadness or something traumatic in life, it is normal to be hit with a wave of tiredness right after. It a mechanism for the body and person to cope. If you have trouble coming out of emotional fatigue after a while, then it’s time to seek medical advice.

Healing Fatigue
Healing fatigue is quite normal after you overdo yourself physically. It might be from a tough workout, shovelling the driveway, or mowing the yard for a couple of hours. In any case, the fatigue sets in so your body can repair itself before you take it beyond the point of no return.

Burnout Fatigue
We often over-focus on one area of life and ignore all other areas to our detriment. Burnout fatigue can be described as striving too hard in one area of life while neglecting everything else. This can lead to a fatigue that accompanies you in the workplace or at home with the family if you are not finding the perfect balance.
