Pack a Lunch
Too
many times, people fall off the health and fitness wagon right around lunch
time every day. Rather than risk fast food temptation, pack a lunch with
healthy alternatives.
You Don’t Have to Be in a Gym to
Train
It
shouldn’t be a big deal if you can’t make it to the gym every now and then. You
can train and have a great workout right around the house or your neighborhood.
Break out your bicycle or do a bunch of jumping jacks in the driveway. Follow
it up with a few sets of pushups and you will be fine.
