If you want to feel better, be healthier
and have more energy; but you don’t have a lot of time because you have a busy
life. Follow these four simple tips to see noticeable changes in your life.
Drink
more water: you’d be amazed how many people are
chronically dehydrated. One of the best things you can do for your health and
energy is drink more water.
Try getting a 2-litre bottle each day and
making sure it is empty by the end of the day, as the minimum amount of water
you drink.
Walk:
Walking is a highly underrated form of exercise
that helps to clear your mind, activate your brain, and of course get you
moving around. Even if you’re busy, finding time for a 10-minute walk can help
relieve stress and actually make you more focused when you get back.
No
phone time: We all spend too much time on our
phones nowadays. Setting aside 30 minutes a day where you put your phone on
airplane mode and leave it in another room is a great way to detox and become
present. Try leaving your phone alone when you go for a walk or while eating
meals.
Sleep hygiene: Sleep is the time we regenerate and restore ourselves. To improve your sleep, try to go to bed at the same time each night, ensure the room is pitch black, don’t have your phone in the bedroom, and avoid caffeine, sugar and electronic screens before bed.
