3. Track your steps
4. Start your day with exercise; it's good for the body and mind. It sets your day off well.
5. Drink heaps of water and add lemon or ice to make it more enjoyable
6. Treat yourself throughout the challenge, but in moderation
7. Booze is not your friend
8. Move more in general. Take the stairs. Park further away from your destination
9. Don't just track you progress by your weight. Measurements and how you feel about yourself count
10. Trust your PT
