3.Set short and long term goals and review every 4 weeks including taking measurements
4.Choose an eating plan & stick to it
5.Set permanent training times in advance which you can commit to each week
6.Focus on consistency with your training and diet
7.Have confidence & faith in your personal trainer. They have the knowledge & skills to help you achieve your goals
8.Have positive people around you and train with a friend to keep you motivated
9.Stay focused and persist, no matter how tough it gets
10.Enjoy the challenge and think of the end result
