With over 5 years of experience in London's fast paced fitness industry, I specialise in strength training and functional movement, kettlebell work and running mechanics. I help clients build real world strength and resilience. I focus on lower back strength, and support pain free movement for longevity. I work closely with clients to priositise mindset and movement as much as muscle, because sustaining progress starts with the right mentality. I believe in training that enhances performance and movement in all areas of life. Strength in movement isn't just a philosophy, it's the foundation of everything I coach.
