No. Recovery products are first in, best dressed.
Most products can be used in activewear or normal clothes and footwear. The infrared saunas and red light therapy room can be utilised in swimwear with bare feet.
We offer a dry recovery space for your comfort and convenience, allowing you to access most of our products without the need to remove footwear or get changed prior to use. Our dry recovery space promotes a safe environment that is accessible 24/7 (with the exception of the infrared saunas).
Before your workout to loosen up, after your workout to enhance recovery and as a little reward, on your rest days, and any time you feel you need to relax and recharge.
Just like your workouts, repetition is important when it comes to Recovery. You need to do your 'reps' to reap the rewards. This is why having Recovery in your membership is more beneficial than purchasing a one-off visit to a spa.
