About Me:
I'm Andy, a movement coach specialising in helping people fix the root cause of persistent aches, pains, and poor posture. Many people feel tight, stiff, or sore not because they're "getting older", but because their body has gradually moved out of alignment through years of sitting, stress, and repetitive movement. Using a biomechanics-based approach, I teach clients how their body is designed to move so they can restore balance, reduce pain, and improve performance. My goal is to help you feel stronger, move more confidently, and function better in every day life - whether that's training in the gym, working at a desk, or simply getting out of bed pain-free.
