HOW DO I ACCESS THE CLUB?
You use the new 24/7 access pass. The club will continue to remain staffed during day and peak times, and the club will be unstaffed during off-peak times.

WHAT ARE THE NEW STAFFED HOURS?

• Monday to Thursday - 7.30am to 8.30pm
• Friday - 7.30am to 8.00pm
• Saturday - 8.00am to 4.00pm
• Sunday - 9.00am to 1.00pm
• Public Holidays - Unstaffed

HOW DO I BECOME A 24/7 MEMBER?
You will need to purchase a 24/7 access pass from reception and complete our 24/7 induction.

WHEN CAN I COME IN FOR A 24/7 INDUCTION?
Inductions will commence approximately 16th February and will be at regular times throughout the day. You can pre-register now to receive further updates on when inductions will be running. Your induction will take less than 15 minutes.

HOW MUCH IS THE 24/7 ACCESS PASS?
Purchase before 1st March, 2015 for just $20 for existing members. If purchased after this date, existing members pay $35.

IS THE MEMBERSHIP COST THE SAME?
Yes, there will be NO change to your weekly membership fee.

WHAT AREAS OF THE CLUB WILL BE OPEN?
All key areas of the club will be opened during unstaffed hours, including gym, cardio theatre, heavy weights room, and genesis FIT area. Full bathroom and shower facilities will also be available 24/7.
The Group exercise studios and cycle studio will only be open during staffed hours and during class times.
For safety reasons, the Steam Room will not be open during unstaffed hours.
Please note, we recommend that you DO NOT use the lockers during non-staffed hours as there will be no way of opening your locker if you lock yourself out.

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO IF I ONLY ACCESS THE CLUB DURING STAFFED HOURS?
Nothing, continue to use your current Genesis key tag.

CAN I USE THE CAR PARK AFTER HOURS?
The car park will be open as per usual 24/7.

WHAT ARE THE CLUB RULES FOR USING THE CLUB AFTER HOURS?
Members must not allow non-members access to the club without arranging this with management (fines and cancelation of membership may occur)
Be respectful of other members at all times
Enjoy your workout and remember, the cameras and security system are watching your every move, so any breaches in the general terms and conditions will have the consequences as outlined in the T&C’s.
