About Me:

I'm a PT that specialises in strength and performance with years of hands-on experience helping people achieve results they once thought were impossible. I've coached clients through 10-40kg body transformations, taken athletes from a 105kg bench press to 180kg, and helped lifters build serious strength while training smart. As a national-level competitor myself, I understand what it takes both physically and mentally to perform at a high level. I've also coached athletes at national competitions and specialise in modifying training around injuries, pain, and movement limitations, keeping clients progressing safely instead of stopping altogether. My coaching is built on intent, intelligent programming, and sustainable progress. No short cuts, just proven systems.
