Club: Genesis Fitness Coffs Harbour

I train at Genesis Coffs Harbour because I love their openness to letting and encouraging people with disabilities and wheelchair bound to train like an ABLE bodied person.

I train with Colleen Longstaff and have done on and off for over 7 years. The reason I do this is because:-
It helps me sleep and she teaches me about good nutrition.

My upper body strength has improved and I believe in myself a lot more.

To all the able bodied out there - if I can do anything I put my mind to you can do it too!
My motto Coll taught me is “I can. I will. I do. I am”.
