WHAT DOES 24/7 MEAN FOR GENESIS RINGWOOD?
A re-modelled club is now open which can be accessed anytime day or night.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
You will need to purchase an access pass from reception and complete our 24/7 induction.

WHAT ARE OUR NEW STAFFED RECEPTION HOURS?

• Monday to Friday from 6:00am to 8:00pm
• Saturday 8:00am to 4:00pm
• Sunday 9:00am to 12:00pm
• Public Holidays - Not Staffed

WILL MY MEMBERSHIP FEE INCREASE?
No, membership fees will remain the same.

HOW MUCH IS A 24/7 ACCESS PASS?
$19 for the first 100 members
$39 normal cost

WHAT DO I DO IF I ONLY ACCESS THE CLUB DURING RECEPTION HOURS?
Nothing needs to be done. You can access the club during staffed reception hours as per above staffed hours.

WHAT AREAS OF THE CLUB WILL BE AVAILABLE 24/7?
Most areas of the club will remain available to you. Pool, spa and sauna will be closed outside of staffed hours.

WILL THE CLUB BE CLOSED DURING THE RE-MODELLING PROCESS?
No. Parts of the club will be cordoned off for work to be completed however there will be minimal disruption to everyday club operations.

WHEN WILL THE CLUB START OPERATING 24/7?
