About Me:
I coach from lived experience, not just theory. I've personally lost over 36kg, rebuilt my health and confidence, and later competed in a bodybuilding competition, placing 3rd in my division. Having experienced both ends of the fitness spectrum, I understand the challenges of fat loss, strength building, and long term progress. My coaching is structured, realistic, and focused on results that last, not quick fixes or extremes. My focus is on helping clients train with purpose, build confidence, and create results they can maintain long-term.
