About Me:

I've worked as a trainer for 9 years, completed my diploma after finding a passion for the complexities of lifting. I've competed in powerlifting, bodybuilding and cheerleading and have found my passion in body recomposition and injury prevention/recovery. As well as experience, I bring a bouncy, energetic personality to my sessions, and get really invested in the lives and well-beings of the people I train, and am engaged in upskilling myself and improving as a trainer constantly. I'm currently completing a Bachelor of Physiotherapy at Griffith University.
