About Me:
Fitness has been a large part of my life since I was 5 years old. I always did sports, whether it was soccer, tennis, tricking, parkour, or trampolining. I started the gym at age 14, and since then I've used strength training and nutrition to help me perform to me greatest ability in my chosen sports (most recently triathlon and long-distance running). Fitness has had an immeasurable impact on my mental wellbeing. It's made me feel confident, proud, and capable. I love coaching and personal training because I know the benefits it has in all areas of life, and the fact I get to spread that to others has given me a strong sense of purpose. Fitness has become my life and I wouldn't have it any other way.
