The Workouts:

Each session is designed to help you prepare for the Finale. With a focus on strength, fitness, and conditioning, every workout will help you move better, feel stronger, and boost your physical performance. Teamwork is key, and you’ll be motivating and supporting each other every step of the way.

The Finale Events:

Get ready for the ultimate challenge at our finale events on Wednesday, June 17 and Saturday, June 20. The Finale workout on June 17 is your time to showcase all the hard work and dedication you've put into your training.

The Teams Finale on June 20 is all about teamwork, and you’ll have the chance to cheer on your teammates, offer support, and contribute to an amazing collective result.

In Challenge Terms and Conditions:
  • Effective Dates: Registration Period: Monday, 20 April – Sunday, 24 May 2026, Challenge Period: Monday, 25 May – Sunday, 21 JUne 2026
  • Eligibility: Open to Premium Members of participating Coaching Zone clubs, Participants must be aged 18 years or older, Employees of Genesis Health + Fitness are not eligible for prizes.
  • In Challenge prizes: The Major Challenge prize winner must attend a minimum of 12 Coaching Zone sessions over the 4 weeks and participate in either the Coaching Zone Finale workout on Wednesday, June 17 or the Coaching Zone teams Finale on Saturday, June 20.
  • Weekly prizes are only available to participants who complete a minimum of 3 Coaching Zone sessions per week.

By the end of the 8 weeks, you'll feel empowered, strong, and ready for the next stage of your fitness journey.

The 6 WeekChallenge

The 6 Week Challenge is perfect for individuals looking to build consistency and establish a lasting fitness routine. This inclusive program encourages you to complete three sessions per week, helping you develop a solid exercise habit that lasts. Each 6 week cycle focuses on specific areas of fitness, from strength to mobility, and supports the development of healthy lifestyle habits for long-term wellness.
