This position involves selling the best product in the world - FITNESS.

The role involves prospecting, touring, closing and getting referrals for future sales.
They will actively seek new business for the club, representing the facility and Genesis in positive and professional manner.
Membership Consultants primary responsibility is to achieve individual and team goals and targets as set out with a Membership and Club Manager.
The successful applicant should possess excellent communication skills, a passion for health and fitness, and enjoy helping people to start their goals.
They must be seeking full time work and be flexible with work hours and accommodating to a rotating roster and must be able to work alone or in a team environment.
Ideally the applicant will have previous sales experience but experience is not essential as our 3-day comprehensive induction provides extensive training.
We also provide our consultants with daily meetings & catch-ups with sales team, ongoing monthly sales training and quarterly awards and launches.
