• Valid for first-time visitors only. Must be 16 years and older.
• Must live or work locally. A photo ID is required for entry.
• Promotional period: 1 September 2026 to 31 October 2026 (inclusive), at participating Genesis Health + Fitness clubs.
• One trial permitted per person.
• Inclusions may vary by club; visit in-club for more details.
• The $15 pass entitles you to a trial membership at your selected Genesis Health + Fitness club for four weeks.
• A Pre-Exercise Questionnaire must be completed in club prior to activation of the trial membership.
• The $15 trial fee must be paid in full at the time of activation.
• The trial pass can only be activated and used during staffed hours.
• Genesis Health + Fitness may contact you (including by email, SMS, telephone or other means) for marketing purposes.
