Individual weight and resistance based program for the over 50s. The key factor is to strengthen and develop particular muscle growth to strengthen bones in that area. Participants must have an assessment and program designed by a trainer before commencing this class.

This 30 minute class is designed to give you a complete full body workout quickly. Using pin loaded weights machines, combined with cardio stations, you will zoom through your workout before you know it. Designed for all ages and fitness levels.

A great class to increase Bone Mineral Density. The exercises undertaken in this class are designed to have an effect on reducing bone loss and increasing bone mass. The exercises will include Weight Bearing, Resistance Training, Strength Training and Balance Training/Improving Posture.

This is a cross trainer type class that we deliver FREE to members and non-members. Keeping Teenagers (13-16 year olds) active not only promotes great health and fitness, but also assists them with their concentration whilst studying.
