Job Description
The successful candidate should have management experience and know how to pump up their team.
As they will be managing a group of business owners, the people we are looking for will have experience starting up and running a business, Our FDC's have also been gun Personal Trainers and know how to recruit and train our newest batch of PT's.
As the role is a Head of Department position our FDC's are highly self motivated, with an extremely good work ethic ensuring results are achieved and exceeded even while under pressure.
Running the operations of the entire Gym floor as well as managing the fitness team requires the successful candidate to be extremely good at multi tasking and time management.
Sound computer skills will make life easier, as will having a sound knowledge of the fitness industry and key players.
Creativity and initiative are also highly sought after traits to maintain the best possible member experience in the club at all times.
Qualifications / Experience Required
- Minimum Cert IV in Fitness
- 3 Years Experience as a Personal Trainer (Desired)
- 2 Years experience as a Business Owner / Operator (Desired)
- Level 2 First Aid
- Intermediate Computer Skills
