Job Description:
Genesis Fitness Clubs is Australians fastest growing fitness chain.

We seeking a Superstar Membership Manager to grow and develop the Club, as well as grow and develop themselves.

Do you have;
• Experience in fitness sales?
• The ability to lead and develop a team?
• Good track record of putting customers needs first?
• Commitment to your own health and fitness?
• Desire to earn $70k +
• Aspirations to be a Club General Manager and/or own your own Genesis Fitness Club

The successful applicant must have a proven track record of personal success; have a desire to create a fun and vibrant culture within the club.
They must be fiercely competitive, creative and inspiring, strong leadership ability and energetic and motivational.

Membership Manager is responsible for;
• Achieving personal pre-determined sales targets.
• Managing, training and motivating a sales team to success.
• Creating business opportunities within the local corporate market.
• Planning and executing local level marketing and lead generating plans.

The position requires applicants to be available for full time hours and be flexible with working days.

Qualifications/Experience Required:

• Minimum 12 months membership consultant experience
• Ability to manage & motivate a team
• Experience working with personal and group budgets
