Group Fitness Notices

The new Summer Group Fitness timetable is here!!

It has loads to offer!

There are two brand new classes; Wednesday 11.25am BODYCOMBAT with new instructor Agnes and Friday 7.15am BODYATTACK with new instructor Danny.

We are introducing some technique sessions, these will be helpful for beginners but also a great reminder for regulars. They will run 10- 15 minutes before selected classes and are optional, you are still welcome to participate in the class or set up equipment for the class without attending the technique session. 

We look forward to seeing you in the Group Exercise room trying new classes and achieving your health and fitness goals for 2012!

Please be aware that the SPECIALIZED/technique classes are run for 15 minutes before the actual class starts.

Running Club is an extra service - plesae enquire at reception. Sessions run for 60 minutes.
