A fun an interactive 45 minute sessions for kids ages between 9-14 years. Involves boxing games and activities to keep the kids entertained and fit.

A program run for our members' children aged between 5 – 12 years old. Get your kids fit while you are. Fully supervised program. Please check with reception for costs.

A ‘thinking person's workout’. A body conditioning and postural alignment technique used to develop a strong, centred and balanced body.

An awesome boxing themes workout for men and women incorporating pad work, boxing techniques and cardio exercises. It's the best way to let off some steam and get results!

Studio Cycle
Non-impact indoor 45 minute cycling session. The instructor motivates participants through different speeds, positions and resistance levels. Due to the fact that each individual is in control of their own resistance levels, these classes are suitable for all levels of fitness.
