Latino Funk
This class focuses more on heart rate rather than choreography. A mix of funk and latin moves are used to give the abs and entire body a fun and hot way to work out. You might even learn a new move or two to bring out on the dance floor on your next night out!

Mix ’N’ MatcH
A 1.5 hour variety workout made up of 3 x 30 min workouts designed for you to come in and out on the half hour. Participate in all three classes or just one.
